As a small Australian-based business, we currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

 

Shipping Costs
We use flat rate shipping at $9.99 Australia-wide. Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotional periods. Or, if you love our Rooibos - simply subscribe to get it delivered monthly, free of shipping charges. 

 

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery: We aim for a delivery period of 3–7 business days (varies by location). Delays may occur during peak periods or due to postal service disruptions.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 - 14 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist immediately.
