Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll love our rooibos. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

 

Returns
Due to the nature of our product (consumable goods), we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please include photo evidence for damaged items.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but will replace faulty or damaged items as needed.
